- I reserve the right to refuse any commission and am not obligated to provide a reason.
- You must be 18+ to purchase NSFW artwork.Government-issued ID with non-essential information covered is required for NSFW commissions. Online platform verification alone is not sufficient.
- Clear visual references are required before I begin. (Incomplete references may result in an additional design fee.)2. PAYMENT

- Payment must be made in full upfront unless otherwise discussed.
- Payments are non-refundable once I begin sketching.
- Accepted payment methods include Robux, Venmo, CashApp, Animal Jam Play Wild, and Zelle (processed through a third party).3. PROCESS

- Major changes must be requested at the sketch stage.
- Small edits are allowed during rendering.
- Turnaround time is approximately 3 days. Delays may occur due to personal or medical circumstances. Clients will be notified if this happens.4. COPYRIGHT & USAGE

- I retain full copyright to the artwork.
- You may use the artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- You may not resell, mint as NFT, heavily edit, or claim the art as your own.
- Credit is required when posting.
- I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork to my portfolio and social media unless privacy is discussed beforehand.5. COMMERCIAL USE

- Commercial rights cost [X% additional fee].6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
—------------------------------☆☆☆All payments are final once work has begun.If you request a cancellation before I start your commission, you may receive a full refund.If you cancel after the sketch has been started but before rendering, you may receive a partial refund (percentage determined based on progress).No refunds will be given after the artwork is completed.Refunds will not be issued due to personal taste changes after sketch approval.If I must cancel the commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in immediate blacklisting and potential legal action.7. - No rush orders unless a rush fee is paid
- No free revisions beyond [X amount]
- No chargebacks after completion
- Filing a fraudulent chargeback will result in blacklisting
- Clients must respond to sketch approvals within [2-3 days]. Failure to respond may result in the commission being considered abandoned. Abandoned commissions are not eligible for refunds.9. SPECIALIZATION

I specialize in canine characters (wolves, dogs, wolf hybrids, etc.).I may accept other species on a case-by-case basis, but all non-canine designs must be discussed and approved before payment.If a character falls significantly outside my usual subject matter, I reserve the right to decline the commission.I reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
